Boat renters must be at least 21 years old and have a valid drivers license.

~Rates do not include gas.

~Reservations: We strongly encourage reservations to ensure availability of desired boat and time.

~Full payment is required at time of booking.

~Late arrivals: Unless previously arranged, customers are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to reservation. Rental customers will be required to view a safety video and complete appropriate forms. If customer is 1 hour or more late, there will be no refund or voucher for future bookings.

~Cancellation Policy: All cancellations require at least a 72 hour notice. If reservation is not cancelled within this time frame the customer will forfeit the entire reservation unless optional trip insurance is purchased at time of booking.

~Trip Insurance: Trip insurance can be purchased when reservation is made. It allows cancellation up to the time of rental with 100% refund. Trip insurance is a non-refundable $50 fee.

~A $500 deposit is required with any rental ($1,000 for Personal Watercraft).

~In the event of inclement weather and The Ridges Marina cancels a reservation there will be a voucher issued for a future trip based on availability. No refund will be issued.

Pet Fee: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on boats. There will be a $50 non-refundable pet fee accessed.

Late Return fee: In the event the vessel is over 15 minutes late being returned there will be a $25 fee assessed for each 15 minutes until returned.

~Skiing, and water tubing are allowed on select boats. Please inquire at time of reservation. Tubes may be rented to an additional $40 per day.

~Rental equipment are to be returned in the same condition as when rented. Rental customers are responsible for any and all damages or lost items.

~There will be a lost revenue fee of $250 per day charged to the renter for each day the damaged vessel is unable to rent due to damages incurred.

~Marina reserves the right to deny boat to any person.
