Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport is 2.5 hours from The Ridges Resort.
There are also regional airports located in Asheville, NC and Chattanooga, TN. Both are approximately 2.5 hours from the resort.
Complimentary self-parking is available for all hotel guests. We do not offer Valet Parking.

All guests checking-in will need a valid ID and a matching credit card. Guests must be 21 or older to check-in. At The Ridges Resort, we authorize for the cost of room, resort fee and taxes plus $100 for incidentals. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at check-in.
Credit cards are highly recommended to avoid tying up funds in your checking account. For debit cards, please plan ahead for potential delays in fund availability. Contact your bank for specific release timelines. Funds are released at the time of check-out, but may take 7–14 business days depending on your banking institution.
Our standard cancellation policy is to accept cancellations 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid the fee of one night’s room and tax.
The Ridges Resort has a $25 Resort Fee per night per guest room. Taxes are currently 8% Sales Tax, 5% Occupancy Tax and a $5 State Hotel/Motel Fee.
Breakfast is not included in standard rates. We do offer a Bed & Breakfast hotel package. We also offer breakfast daily in The Oaks Lakeside Kitchen.

Yes, The Ridges Resort is a dog-friendly hotel. We welcome your furry friends to stay with us for an additional fee of $150 per reservation. In the event of pet stains or damage to the room, additional fees may be applied at the discretion of Management.

The Ridges Resort is a 100% non-smoking property. A fee of $250 will be applied if smoking is detected.
Amenities & Attractions
The Ridges Resort’s fitness center is equipped with free weights, bicycle, treadmills and an elliptical.
Dry cleaning and laundry are not available; however, there are nearby locations we can suggest.
The Ridges Resort does not have a designated concierge, but our front desk team will help with any of your individual needs for the duration of your stay.
Marina Station Water Park is open seasonally from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

Dining Options
The Ridges Resort offers two on-site lakeside restaurants. The Oaks Lakeside Kitchen is an American upscale restaurant for breakfast, dinner and brunch with a full bar. Marina Station Bar and Grill is a casual lakeside dining restaurant with a full bar overlooking Lake Chatuge. Marina Station also has a courtesy dock for boaters to dock and dine.
Our restaurants’ hours change with seasonality. However, Marina Station is open daily at 11am for lunch and dinner. The Oaks Lakeside Kitchen is open daily for breakfast, Saturday & Sunday for brunch and open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday.

Definitely. The resort features approximately 10,000 square feet of versatile meeting and conference space including the beautiful event pier and Red Banks Ballroom, perfect for weddings, retreats, or corporate events.
