Things to Know Before Your Trip
ALL passengers on board the boat are required to possess either a valid Georgia or NC fishing license (depending on the lake being fished). Ask your guide for details, or purchase at the applicable site: GA DNR or NC Wildlife
No fishing gear is required; we supply everything you need to catch that big ol’ fish. However, you are more than welcome to bring your favorite rod or lure.
Fishing trips will start out at a designated meeting place at a time agreed upon by both parties.
Keep the weather in mind prior to your trip; mornings on the lake can be cool and damp regardless of the season. Ensure your comfort by bringing proper clothing and rain gear.
Please feel free to bring your own sunscreen and snacks; however assorted drinks and snack will be provided.
Breakfast can also be catered upon request.
Keep your catch is more than welcomed. Just remember to bring a cooler to store them in after the trip.
Notify your guide as to how many people you plan to bring on the trip.
We have very large charter boats and can accommodate up to 6 people per boat.
We also provide fish cleaning and packaging.
Half day charters run from 4 to 5 hours. Depending on the fish bite and season some trips may be shorter. It’s not uncommon for us to catch 40 to 60 fish in short periods of time. Especially during the warmer months. That’s a ton of fish!!
